New Moon Rituals & Sound Bath

Join Chelsea Scherer for this reiki-infused, Restorative yoga sound bath with breathwork, guided meditation, and journaling prompts.

The event begins with breathwork and a guided meditation to set intentions for the month ahead. Then you’ll be guided through a restorative, yoga-nidra practice while bathing in a sound healing concert of gongs, crystal bowls, and other instruments.

Chelsea is a highly spiritual yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner who incorporates themes of holistic wellness into each session, allowing their students to explore emotional blockages and leave with a deeper sense of intention.
