A 6-Week Aurras Waves Series Rooted in 5Rhythms®
We tend to move in the ways we already know. What else is possible?
Over six weeks, we explore the moving body through feet, hips, spine, arms, breath, and finally the whole body—each through the map of the 5Rhythms®.
Come discover new ways to move, sense, express, release, and connect.

Doors open at 6:50 PM.
