If you use cash, get ready for a Muni fare increase beginning July 1, 2019. The cashe Adult single fare will be $3 (up from $2.75). If you use Clipper Card or MuniMobile, you’re in luck (for now) – the single adult fare will remain $2.50 for the time being.
Monthly passes increase for everyone with $3-$4 hikes depending on which pass you use.

Single Ride Adult
– Clipper Card & MuniMobile – $2.50
– Cash – $3 starting 7/1/19 (up from $2.75)
Fast Pass / Monthly Muni Pass – Adult
– “M” Pass (Muni + Cable Car) – $81 starting 7/1/19 (up from $78)
– “A” Pass (Muni + Cable Car + BART within SF) – $98 starting 7/19 (up from $94)
