Mushroom Mondays, Open Lab for All Things Fungi (Oakland)

Gatherings cover a different topic each week.  8/14 will demonstrate how to prepare grain as a mushroom grow media.  Everyone goes home with a live culture.  Feel free to bring a grain of your choice: popcorn, rye berry, millet, red wheat berries, etc.  We will be preparing one pint jar.  Probably inoculating with oyster mushroom.
