Event Details

The public is invited to a free onstage discussion between Archivist Joe Evans and Larry Rothe, author of the book for the centennial exhibition, at the San Francisco Main Library’s Koret Auditorium on Tuesday, September 13 at 6p. Copies of Rothe’s book will be at the event available for sale.

With a hundred years of band practice, it should be obvious that this exhibition offers a history worth hearing. There will be an exhibition of archived photographs, objects, documents, concert programs and posters of The San Francisco Symphony at the San Francisco’s Main Library through January 9, 2012.
