Music for the Marianas Typhoon Relief Fundraiser

Enjoy an intimate live music show featuring 3 local musicians, plus a raffle, refreshments, and more while raising money for typhoon relief in the Mariana Islands. This event is open to everybody ages 18+ and is co-hosted by community and a local CHamoru (Chamorro) non-profit, Inafamaolek.us.

The Lineup : The night features live performances by local musicians Daniel Cespedes (@danideru), quattro. (@tha_fourth_wun), and Robson Batinga (@robsonbatingaofc), plus over $2ooo in raffle prizes from local businesses, and more.

What you’ll raise funds for: In April, Super Typhoon Sinlaku struck the Mariana Islands, causing an estimated $1.5 billion in damages and displacing hundreds of families. Last weekend, as our community was still recovering, some still without intact homes or power, they were hit once again by Category 5 Super Typhoon Bavi. The storm swept the island of Luta (Rota) head-on, tearing through buildings, breaking power lines, and causing severe flooding. Formal damage assessments are still underway, but local leaders are organizing direct aid for neighbors who need immediate assistance. Community recovery can take years, and beyond property loss, the human costs of environmental disasters are immeasurable.

In the spirit of the Chamoru value of Inafa’maolek, we’re inviting you to raise funds through Music for the Marianas to support our islanders. Your funds will support community-led relief efforts by and for impacted Marianas communities, contributing to sustained community strength, agency, and resilience.

Entry tickets are a suggested donation of $35. If you can’t make it but still want to support, you can select a Non-Attending Donation as your ticket option. Raffle tickets and treats will be sold on site. More info & registration on the event page in our bio.
