CANCELED: “Nightlife on Mars” Comedy Night | SF

Nightlife on Mars is a weekly comedy show at Murphy’s Pub, produced by local comics Joe Nguyen, Red Scott, and Natasha Muse.

The three members of Nightlife on Mars are the triptych that represents the spiritual base of the San Francisco comedy scene. Between them, they’ve performed with comic talents ranging from Robin Williams to Wyatt Cenac, and have been featured by the SF Weekly, The Daily Mail, and KALW.

The show takes place in a private room in Murphy’s Pub.

Jules Posner | CANCELED: “Nightlife on Mars” Comedy Night | SF

Guests for the 10/17 show include:

• Jules Posner – Jules is a stand up comedian and San Francisco native. He has been described as a comedian who, “puts the ‘b’ in subtle”. Jules started performing stand up in the San Francisco Bay Area in January of 2009 and has established himself as a fixture in the comedy community. Jules has been featured on Jokes.com’s No Drink Minimum. Additionally, he has been featured on Rooftopcomedy.com’s Road Trip on Hulu. Although Jules is based in San Francisco, he performs all over the country.
• Melanie Bega – Melanie Bega is a Bay Area Comedian and producer. She is a native of San Jose, CA., where she runs one of the most successful comedy show rooms in The Bay Area. Her weekly/monthly showcase features up and Coming Comedians currently on the touring circuit. She also Co-Produced “American Me Comedy,” 2012-13 one of the most successful independent comedy showcases with the Improv franchise (in San Jose and Hollywood). Melanie was a finalist in the 2013 Rooster T Feathers Comedy Competition.
• Joe Tobin – Joe Tobin is a comedian, writer, and Flyers fan based in San Francisco.
• Dash Kwiatkowski – One of the Bay Area’s premier “Nerd” Stand up Comedians, Dash Kwiatkowski produces the popular “Avengers of Comedy” Showcase at the SF Punch Line, he performed in a sketch troupe featured in SF Sketchfest (DWTS:L) and is a regular at Comics v. Comics! A Comic book themed Stand Up Showcase at Comics Outpost on Ocean Ave in San Francisco.
