Oakland Chinatown hosts a Halloween trick-or-treat event for costumed attendees, who can follow participating-business signs throughout the neighborhood. Check in at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center Lobby for activities and games, followed by a family-friendly costume contest at 3:30 PM. The top three costume-contest winners will receive surprise gift cards.
