Event Details

Mission: Comics & Art is proud to present – “fabrications”: a two-person show featuring the artwork of Emma Sancartier and Phoenix Zoellick, both San Francisco Bay Area based artists.

Emma Sancartier and Phoenix Zoellick’s illustration work comes together to bring you this frenetically fabulous, morbidly curious collection of myths, tales and creatures from the unknown!

This is a FREE exhibition opening event, with the artwork shown in the gallery space behind the comic book shelves. There’s always some free snack and cheap beer, even wine.

Mission: Comics & Art is a place that’s unafraid of mixing together comic books and art, simply because those “graphic novels” have become art, both through illustrations and the writing. This usually means the crowd varies from nerdy to artsy to hipster cool at these events.
