Event Details

Oral History is a storytelling show that celebrates women reclaiming the narratives that shape their lives and sharing wisdom for our collective good.

Join us for a beautiful and intimate night of storytelling featuring powerful women’s voices sharing stories as medicine for our collective healing.

We are living through extraordinary times. Many around the country are feeling rage, grief, and disorientation playing out on both a personal and societal scale. At the same time, this infinite and complex human experience offers love, pleasure, beauty and delight at every turn.

There is medicine right here, right now, in this very moment, at your fingertips, on the tip of your tongue

This second installment of our sell-out Oral History storytelling show will offer a witch’s drawer, an alchemist’s shelf, a medicine cabinet’s full of healing in the form of potent stories and artistic offerings from big-hearted women in your community.

Come gather with us, bring your own big hearts, and soak up the medicine that’s all around you.

Oral History is a recurring storytelling show organized by Antonia Miran, an actor, writer and producer originally from the East Bay. A former reporter for The Huffington Post, Antonia has trained in the Wise Woman tradition of herbalism, has practiced as a birth doula, and is a certified women’s sexual empowerment coach. She currently acts, models and produces creative events in the Bay Area and Los Angeles. To see more of her work, check out her website or stop by and say hi on Instagram.
