Taste great local organic beer and learn about sustainable brewing practices on your lunch break (noon) at The Green Zebra Environmental Action Center on the ground floor of the Crocker Galleria on March 11, 2010.

The following beer will be available for tasting:

  • Polar Bear Lager
  • Valencia Wheat
  • Brown Bear Ale
  • plus Cask Conditioned Ales

Thirsty Bear is the first and only brewery in San Francisco to serve all premium fresh organic hand-crafted beer. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day early by sampling some local organic brew. Their philosophy is to carefully choose the exact proportions of a few, select malt and hop varieties to insure that each beer is well-balanced, yet distinctive and consistent.
