Gwendolyn Meyer presents Oyster Culture. Meyer’s book looks at the rich intersection between oyster farming and culinary culture in northern California, an area which has remained relatively pristine due to conservation measures and agricultural land trusts. Includes many photos and distinct recipes from the region’s chefs. Event is at the Book Passage store in the Ferry Building.
