Event Details

Experience the great films of Hollywood’s Golden Era in one of America’s finest Art Deco movie palace.

With over 3,000 seats and a meticulously-restored interior, the Paramount offers a true “Movie Palace” experience straight out of the 1930s – with period newsreels, cartoons, previews, live music from the Mighty Wurlitzer organ and the audience participation spinning wheel game of “Dec-O-Win.”

April 1 Screening: “Pillow Talk” (1959)The very first collaboration of Rock Hudson and Doris Day, Pillow Talk is the quintessential romantic film comedy. Toss aside any feminist concerns, marvel at the scenery, attire, and decor of 1950s Manhattan, and sit back and laugh yourself silly.

Doors open 60 minutes before the show – giving you ample time to purchase a cocktail, beverage, or movie snack, admire the Art Deco décor, and enjoy the music from the Mighty Wurlitzer organ.

When the curtain rises at 8:00 p.m., you’ll be treated to a newsreel, cartoon, previews, and the Paramount’s prize give-away game “Dec-O-Win”. The feature film begins at 8:30 p.m.

Box Office opens @ 6:00pm | Doors open @ 7:00
