Event Details

Join the National Park Service, the Eugene O’Neill Foundation, and the Museum of the San Ramon Valley to celebrate PARK(ing) Day!

Parking day is a yearly public art project that was started in San Francisco in 2005, creating a series of urban temporary parklets that open a dialog about public space and its value to communities.

Come enjoy our temporary parklet repurposed from parking spaces and learn more about Eugene O’Neill National Historic Site in the hills above Danville, the events of the 2021 Eugene O’Neill Festival, and the history of the San Ramon Valley.

Visitors will also be available to sign up on-site for a special same-day (2:00 pm) ranger-led tour of Tao House at Eugene O’Neill National Historic Site.

Disclaimer: Please double check event information with the event organizer as events can be canceled, details can change after they are added to our calendar, and errors do occur.
