Join us at PelicanFest, an Earth Day celebration at Linda Mar State Beach in Pacifica on April 26th from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Presented by the Pacific Beach Coalition this event invites the Bay Area to discover and celebrate pelicans.
Booths will line the North Parking Lot with engaging activities for adults and children, to learn about pelicans and other local nature! Join environmental and community groups, and inspirational speakers as we celebrate Earth Day and keep watch for pelican sightings just offshore.
PelicanFest will follow a morning of taking action from 9 – 11 AM via getting our heads dirty by volunteering at cleanups and habitat restoration locations around the peninsula.
More than just an event, PelicanFest is a movement towards preserving our planet’s future, offering a chance to connect with nature and like-minded individuals.
