Temescal’s open streets festival “Picnic on Telegraph” is returning as an evening event on Friday, August 20th from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m and will feature live music, comedy, expanded outdoor dining, pop-up retail, and art. This event brings Temescal’s businesses outdoors to the streets, and is perfect for music-lovers craving reggae, jazz or pop, foodies wanting to try Roux40’s Black heritage cuisine and Temescal Brewing’s newest releases, trend-setters looking for fall fashions from Ali Golden, and all Oaklanders in need of a night out on The Town.
Over 11 blocks of Telegraph Ave. will close on Friday August 20th for the first evening “Picnic on Telegraph” event – featuring live music, comedy, outdoor retail, fitness demos, beautiful new parklets and restaurant outdoor seating (jpegs also attached).
