It’s wine time! This week we’re exploring the delightfully aromatic grape Pinot Noir with some compelling examples from Whetstone Wine Cellars and Carpenter Wine. One of the most environmentally dependent and some say “fickle” grapes to cultivate, Pinot Noir can display an impressive array of aromas and flavors often attributed to the specific characteristics of the vineyard and the clones of Pinot Noir planted there. Looking forward to sharing our thoughts on these incredible wines and hearing your impressions as well!
