Join Duggan McDonnell of Campo de Encanto Pisco in a Master Class of equal parts history and analytical tasting of 16 unique piscos from both Peru and Chile, discussing the origins of Pisco in South American and the United States. Complimentary lunch will be provided.

Is this event free? How to RSVP?

• Please note, that we believe this class is free (there’s no mention of a cost), but bring a few bucks just in case.
• We don’t know if simply emailing to RSVP is enough, or if you have to hear back. We recommend that you don’t just send an email and then show up. Wait to hear back with a confirmation.
• It’s possible this class may be limited to bar industry workers, so if you RSVP, we recommend mentioning which bar you work at.
• Dress nicely (it is a master class) and behave yourself. Don’t arrive just looking to get sloshed and be a freeloader. Only attend if you’re interested in tasting and learning the history of Pisco.
