Event Details

Join filmmakers in a screening of 2 films that tackle the devastating impact private industry is having on Point Reyes National Seashore.

The National Park Service has recently approved a highly controversial amendment to its General Management Plan for Point Reyes National Seashore that will allow private ranchers to begin raising commercial goats and sheep, provide a path to raising chickens and pigs, as well as the planting of commercial row crops such as artichokes inside this National Park. The new plan will also kill native Tule elk to provide more grass for cows that graze here.
