Nico Larson is a California singer-songwriter and the lead singer, pianist, and guitarist of the band Próxima Parada. He writes vulnerable songs centered on personal growth and human connection.

Próxima Parada means “next stop” in Spanish and Portuguese. While riding the bus in their hometown of San Luis Obispo, California, Nico and his bandmates would hear at every stop, “Now approaching, próxima parada…” After years of touring the U.S. and moving from one next stop to another, the band has developed an uplifting, groove-driven sound that explores embracing who we are while working toward who we’re becoming. Their music blends elements of soul, R&B, folk, and indie rock.

For this solo performance, Nico will share Próxima Parada’s songs in their original form, just as he first wrote them: alone at the piano.
