2018 Purim Unmasked Festival
Sunday, February 25, 2018 | 11 am to 2 pm
JCCSF, 3200 California St, SF
Live music. Stilt walkers. A puppet show. Join for this off-street festival to celebrate Purim. There’ll be fun for all ages, including a photo booth and the chance to make hamantaschen (traditional Purim cookies).
The Purim holiday also invites people to feed the hungry and stand up for social justice. Come celebrate and participate in these acts of repairing the world: bring canned foods to donate to the San Francisco Food Bank, sign up to volunteer at Glide Memorial Church and create misloah manot (care packages) for seniors at local residential facilities.
