Queerdos is San Francisco’s preeminent LGBTQ+ stand-up comedy show in a basement. The show brings the funniest queer comics from the Bay Area and beyond to The Setup, an intimate comedy club at the historic 222 Hyde, a legendary jazz venue (where Miles Davis used to play) and is now a comedy club.

And your hosts, Chey Bell (HBO’s Women in Comedy Festival) and Max Eddy (Portland Queer Comedy Festival).

Our lineups will entertain anyone looking to laugh, be they straight, queer, curious or questioning.

The lineup for December 18th includes:

Chey Bell – Often confounded by stupidity, Chey Bell was featured in 2019 Just for Laugh Showcase – HBO Women in Comedy Festival, Asheville Comedy Festival 2019, Jokers Comedy Club, Comedy Store LA, Laff Factory LA, SF Punch Line, NY Comedy Club, and more. Chey featured for: Josh Blue, Jermain Fowler, Rachele Feinstein, Laurie Kilmartin, Chaunte Wayans, Tom Rhones, and Judah Friedlander.

Loren Kraut – SF standup comedian. Loren received the 2014 Jimmy Gunn Bay Area Stand-up Comedy Award’s Keep An Eye Out Award. Her solo show “A Bit Touched” won Best Comedy at the Tucson Fringe Festival 2018. Micheal Foulk is a non-binary queer comedian, writer, actor, and organizer thriving in Oakland, California.

Micheal Foulk has been featured on SF Sketchfest, Crom Comedy Festival, Moontower Comedy Festival, OUTsider Festival, Frontera Fringe Fest, Austin Sketchfest, and Out Of Bounds Comedy Festival. They are the co-creator of the LGBTQ+ performance organizations Greetings, from Queer Mountain. Micheal’s essays and articles have been published in Slate, VICE, Intomore, and TimeOut Magazine.

Melissa McGillicuddy is a stand-up comedian based in Sacramento, California. Melissa has performed at the Sacramento Comedy Festival, the Oakland Comedy Festival, and the Laugh Riot Grrrl Festival in LA. Most recently, she was voted the #1 comedian by the Sacramento News & Review. Credits- Voted #1 stand up comedian in 2019 by Sacramento News and Review- Opened for Rhea Butcher- 3rd place, 2018 Sacramento stand up competition.

Max Eddy is a rising star in the Bay Area comedy scene. He is a regular at San Francisco’s The Setup, has featured at the Portland Queer Comedy Festival, and has performed on booked showcases at the San Francisco Punch Line and Cobb’s Comedy Club.

The show is 21+, and there is a one-item minimum.
