Panel: The School of Education at Mills College celebrates the leadership legacy of diverse women in educational contexts
About this event
You are invited to join us for an extraordinary Women’s History Month panel event, hosted by Mills School of Education.

Though the leadership competency of women and people of color is regularly questioned and undermined, our communities and especially our schools rely on diverse women’s leadership to articulate and advance a vision for the development of our youth, our communities, and our society. Cultivating equity-centered educational environments is essential for every child to learn, grow, and thrive from their very early years through adulthood.

In celebration of Women’s History Month, the School of Education at Mills College celebrates the leadership legacy of diverse women in educational contexts with a panel of diverse women educational leaders. Facilitated by Mills College SOE doctoral graduate student and leader in her own right, Christina Rodriguez, we bring a dynamic panel of women who lead well in the context of our robust Californian diversity to share their stories and inspire our own.
