Event Details

Join us for a thoughtful talk with author and life-work strategist Kathy Oneto as she shares the life experiences and insights that led her to the concept of Sustainable Ambition—and how curiosity and joy can help us reimagine the “life-work” divide.

Many of us search for “work-life balance,” but Kathy sees that as a myth. Instead, she offers a method and practice for pursuing our goals and dreams in ways that are both fulfilling and manageable in the short and long term, without leading to burnout.

Kathy will introduce us to the Sustainable Ambition method, her proven framework for aligning right ambitions with right time and right effort—helping us pursue our goals with more energy and less depletion. This isn’t just theory—you’ll have the opportunity to put the method into practice, applying these concepts to your own ambitions and goals.

Through this conversation Kathy invites us to consider our views about ambition, examine how we define success, work, and purpose, and reimagine how we can maintain our well-being while we pursue our dreams, goals, and longings.

No matter your age or stage, we invite you to join us in rethinking ambition and imagining new ways to move through the world with greater peace, clarity, and joy.
