Do we really need to mention anything other than “robot dance party?”

This awesomely groovy metallic robot plays music from six speakers in its chest for the merriment and bootie shaking of all. He’s danced at burning man, but his home is in Dolores Park on sunny weekend days.

When is the robot dance party?
The Robot sometimes does a children’s show at the playground in the morning (around 11 am), takes a break, and then fires the robot up again for hipsters and adults starting around 2 or 3 pm, and goes pretty much until the batteries are dead, which is usually around 4 or 5 pm.

Now that Dolores Park is under construction, the “Robot Dance Party” is on tour. This Saturday, May 3, 2014, he’ll be appearing at Union Square around 3 pm with all his beeps and boops.
