“Safe Words” Comedy & Hot Dogs | SF

Safe Words is a comedy show at a leather bar that features the talent of nationally touring comics, to local favorites. Faces from Comedy Central, Conan, Reddit & Vice have graced the stage. Even Margaret Cho (HBO, 30 Rock) has stopped by.

Every first Wednesday, host Kollin Holtz cracks the whip on comedy at 6 pm. Admission is donation-based.

The show has free hot dogs with door prize drinks from 6-8 pm, $3 for select beers on tap, and buy one get one free on well drinks.

This week features:
  • Karinda Dobbins has appeared at the Bridgetown Comedy Festival; featured at Bay Area comedy clubs the Punch Line and Cobb’s; opened for Greg Proops, Trevor Noah and toured with W. Kamau Bell.
  • Michael Brandon‘s (SJ Improv) confidence onstage can make the unreal seem believable to almost any sound minded person. You won’t find any of his jokes if you google him, which, of course, he has a joke about.

Safe Words is happy to have these, and many other Bay Area Comedians on this months show.
