Celebrate the launch of a new book project documenting San Francisco’s “Legacy Bars & Restaurants” with San Francisco author and journalist J.K. Dineen, and local historical organizations Heritage and Heyday.

Enjoy an evening of storytelling, imbibing, and conversation at Elixir, a Mission District saloon since 1858.

Cyrus Noble Bourbon Whisky, first popularized during San Francisco’s booming Gold Rush and Barbary Coast eras, will curate a bourbon tasting (free with the purchase of one alcoholic beverage) and offer tales from the spirit’s illustrious past.
