This community pancake hike at Alum Rock Park features a 5-mile group trek followed by homemade pancakes, Ruben’s breakfast sausages, fresh fruit, hash browns, and unlimited coffee. Kids eat free, and there are healthy options for all dietary needs. Registration is required and subject to approval, with scholarships available for those in need. The event is family-friendly and welcomes all backgrounds and skill levels.

Ticket Price $20.00 Welcome! To join the event, please get your ticket below. We’re back with the next edition of our Pancake Hike! Join us for breathtaking trails, fluffy pancakes, and Ruben’s famous breakfast sausages! We’ll kick the morning off with stretching, good vibes and a 5 mile hike then come back to gobble up some homemade pancakes, sausages and breakfast snacks (feel free to bring thighs to throw on the griddle if you have dietary restrictions)! It’s all about great vibes, beautiful views, and leaving with a very full belly! YES, there will be healthy options too! Don’t miss out—let’s make memories together! This months location is top secret and we are limiting the spaces. HINT: The location will be between San Jose and Santa Cruz Mountains! Location will be announced the week of event Grab your spot before we fill up $20 donation per person (kids eat free) includes pancakes, fresh fruit, hash browns and unlimited coffee this fee helps us cover our costs to make this event happen.
