Save The Waves Benefit for Chile: Surf Films, Free Pizza, DJ & Raffle | The Riptide

Come celebrate April’s last Wet Wednesday at The Riptide and help support Save The Waves’ Chile relief program. Donations will directly aid small coastal areas that were hit the hardest by the February 27th earthquake and following tsunamis. Your support will help Save The Waves continue to empower and help rebuild Chile! For more information, photos and video please visit www.savethewaves.org

Free admission, free pizza, surf flicks played on a big screen and soul, funk, house, breaks, reggae and Brazilian beats courtesy of DJs Paul McNitt and Paul Hobi.

Every Wednesday is Wet Wednesday at the Riptide but the last Wednesday of the month is a benefit party for a nonprofit or worthy cause sponsored by www.surfpulse.com

Raffle Prizes: There will be a $5 raffle for a $450 gift certificate toward a custom Las Olas Surfboard , a Cutarra Surf Tour in Panama and lots of other great raffle prizes donated by the Pizza Place on Noriega, Timbuk2, Java Beach Cafe, The Red Vic Movie House, Sunset Pet Supply, Noriega Produce and surf author Jaimal Yogis.

A percentage of the bar will be donated and all of Jeff’s share of the tips.
