Executive Chef Adam Carpenter has spent most of his adult life in the restaurant business. After graduating from Diablo Valley College’s culinary program, he has worked at Blackhawk Grille, Napa Valley Grille, Left Bank Brassierie, and Grand Café in San Francisco, and is currently the Executive Chef at Jasper’s Corner Tap and Kitchen.
All demos take place under the white tents in front of the CUESA kitchen and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
