Joyce is followed by Elements of Taste’s Mary Karlin for a cooking demonstration featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. Mary will bring her most recent book, Wood-Fired Cooking: Techniques and Recipes for the Grill, Backyard Oven, Fireplace, and Campfire with her. Book signing to follow demo.
