Seasonal Cooking Demos with Free Samples | Ferry Building

Hosting Joyce Goldstein in the CUESA kitchen is always a highlight of their demo season. Her extensive experience as a chef and author always make for an informative and delicious cooking demo. Her cooking demo is at 11 am.

 

Joyce is followed by Elements of Taste’s Mary Karlin for a cooking demonstration featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.  Mary will bring her most recent book, Wood-Fired Cooking: Techniques and Recipes for the Grill, Backyard Oven, Fireplace, and Campfire with her. Book signing to follow demo.

This free to the public event takes place in the CUESA kitchen under the North arcade of the Ferry Building.  Complimentary recipes and samples.
