Second Saturday Art & Music Walk | Oakland’s Golden Gate Dist.
The Golden Gate Neighborhood of North Oakland is hosting a monthly Second Saturdays event with art, music, food, classes and family-friendly activities.
They’re focusing on the DIY character of the neighborhood, so come out and see what you can add to the mix.
April 12, 2014 features a jazz concert, a community cleanup day, free martial arts class and more.

Friends and neighbors at Rebuilding Together Oakland are hosting a Golden Gate, Oakland neighborhood cleanup day, with volunteers picking up trash, doing weeding and plant maintenance, painting out graffiti and more. They’ll be out on San Pablo and Stanford aves from noon-4pm. If you see them, please thank them for helping out.
