Presidio Camping Celebration 2013: Daytime Campfire & Free Cookout | SF

Come for a free festival celebrating the Rob Hill Campground, the only official San Francisco campground in the Presidio on Saturday, August 24, 2013.

This is a free, all-ages open-house event and there will be workshops, free food, games, prizes, and adventures in a unique environment where urban sprawl meets outdoor recreation.

Celebrate with free food like hamburgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers.

• Adult skill building activities include fire building, camp cooking, tent demonstrations, and nature sculpting.
• Kid-friendly activities with prizes like water bottles, bandannas, and bike lights.
• Meet colleagues from Bay Area Wilderness Training, National Park Service, the Presidio Trust and the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy
