Event Details

The Niles Essanay Silent Film Museum presents the “SF Earthquake Show” with a feature film and two short films in an evening that will last 2 hours.

Frederick Hodges plays the piano live to accompany.

The Third Alarm (1922) featuring Johnnie Walker, Ralph Lewis, Virginia Eames Boardman and Ella Hall who star in this family melodrama of an old firefighter who retires from the force after the horses used by the department are replaced by modern equipment. This was former Niles Essanay actor Emory Johnson’s breakthrough film as a director.
