SF Transit Week 2019 | Sept. 7-13

Join SF Transit for a discussion of how new forms of private transportation – car shares, ride shares, scooter shares, ebikes, autonomous vehicles, and things we haven’t thought of yet – can support public transit.

Kick the evening off with a series of provocative presentations about how we can better design urban mobility hubs that put transit riders first and incorporate the growing number of mobility options with transit in a seamless, user-friendly way. Presentations will be followed by a moderated q&a session with the audience.

Panelists:

  • Sahar Shirazi, Policy and Planning Lead, AVs and Emerging Mobility, WSP
  • Gerry Tierney, LEED AP BD+C, Co-Director P+W Mobility Lab Perkins+Will
  • Danielle Harris, Senior Planner, SFMTA Office of Innovation

Moderator:

  • Kay Cheng, Board Director, San Francisco Transit Riders
