Event Details

Bay Area artist Zarouhie Abdalian has created a sound installation, Occasional Music, at Oakland’s Frank H. Ogawa Plaza as part of her SFMOMA SECA Award commission.

Free, but an RSVP is requested.

Join SFMOMA and the Oakland School for the Arts in celebrating the exhibition with a toast and reception, a look into OSA students’ interpretations of Abdalian’s Open Studio assignment, and of course a chance for the public to hear Occasional Music in action.

The reception takes place at the Oakland School for the Arts White Box Studio (1726 San Pablo Avenue, Oakland).
