Test your knowledge of everything San Francisco and the Bay Area with a rotating list of special guests and topics at Trivia By The Bay.

Warm up with open trivia from 3:00-5:00pm and gather your team for the scored rounds starting at 5:00 and 6:00pm.

August 22: Gary Kamiya Hosts an “All Things SF-themed” Trivia Night
San Francisco historian and journalist Gary Kamiya is the author of the bestselling books “Cool GrayCity of Love: 49 Views of San Francisco,” which was awarded the 2013 Northern California Book Award for Creative Nonfiction, and “Spirits of SanFrancisco: Voyages Through the Unknown City,” with artist Paul Madonna. He was a co-founder and longtime executive editor of the pioneering web site Salon.com, and the later executive editor of San Francisco Magazine. Come down to enjoy FREE public events Wednesday – Saturday from August through October 2024. The 12-week pilot of The Bricks @ Embarcadero Plaza is hosted by Into The Streets with supported and funding provided by SF New Deal, SF Office of Economic & Workforce Development, The Mayors Office of London N. Breed, and SF Rec & Park.
