Nature Walk and Bird Count — April
Pond to Pond
Location: McLaren Park — San Francisco’s 2nd Largest City Park (Sign up on Eventbrite and contact me for exact location).
Breeders in The City? Some birds are already off to their breeding grounds to the north, while others are new arrivals, looking to nest and raise young. Spring buzzes in the air. Flowers bloom, and the park bursts with the dawn chorus of bird songs. Acclimated to humans, we can get very close looks, and we should be able to clearly hear them singing their late April songs.
Ample free parking and carpooling encouraged.
