SF’s “Project Homeless Connect” 83rd Community Day of Service (Bill Graham Civic)

Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is excited to announce the upcoming Community Day of Service (CDoS) PHC 83 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on December 4, 2024. We are still bringing a modified version of this event to ensure the health and safety of PHC staff, volunteers, and participants.

IMPORTANT – Please note that this event is intended for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness and not for the general public.

So if you’re in the fortunate position of having a place to stay, or if you have a job, please do not attend. This event is not for you and you’ll be taking from people truly in need over the holidays.

However, if you are struggling with housing, then you can learn more about the event.

The Community Day of Service (CDoS) is an opportunity to receive services delivered with care and dignity for people experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or simply needing services!

The One Stop Shop expo-style for supportive services will have around 60+ service providers under the same roof. Our goal is to provide services that would otherwise be difficult to access.  

(DMV-California State ID cards, Dental, Medical, Mental Health, medical benefits, Employment Resources, etc.)

PHC can provide a successful and impactful day of community with your assistance.
