SF’s Thrilling New Play “R.O.I. (Return on Investment)” (Aug. 6-Sept. 6)

In this bold new San Francisco Playhouse production, May Lee is a rising venture capitalist on the verge of becoming the youngest partner at her firm, if she can land a career-defining deal. Then she meets Willa McGovern, a brilliant young scientist with an idea that could change the world.

As Willa’s company gains momentum, the financial, ethical, and personal stakes begin to climb. What starts as the investment opportunity of a lifetime becomes a high-stakes collision of ambition, belief, big money, and buried truths.
