I know you Bay Area folks all want to move to New York. But what about running there?

Sports Basement is showing the documentary Running America, which captures ultra-marathoners Charlie Engle and Marshall Ulrich doing just that, going SF-to-NY in a captivating race across America with the goal of accomplishing a record-breaking feat.

Within the first steps of the journey, the story they set out to capture changes. Experience the grueling challenge of the race and the real-life encounters with the American people in this journey across the United States during a time of political and economic turmoil.

Join us at 6pm for food, drinks and a raffle. The film will start at 6:30pm. Tickets are $5 at the door, and all proceeds benefit the United Way.
