Event Details

The San Francisco Shakespeare Festival Education Director, Carl Horlick, stages this 55-minute performance of Twelfth Night performed in Shakespeare’s original text. After the performance stay for even more engagement with Playshop – a one-hour, hands-on classroom experience that will deepen young people’s appreciation of Shakespeare and Twelfth Night.

Shakespeare’s heartfelt comedy Twelfth Night follows the journeys of castaway twins who are separated in an unfamiliar land full of antics, love triangles, and dangerous duels. One of Shakespeare’s greatest heroines, Viola, makes profound discoveries about the nature of love, loss and identity.
