Event Details

Shibori is a Japanese term for methods of dyeing cloth by binding, stitching, folding, twisting, and compressing. Learn a modified versoin of Shibori fabric dyeing in this easy demo. Dye your provided bandana and learn to create patterns with acrylic inks.

They will be going over Itajime Shibori, the shape-resist technique; Arashi, the pole-wrapping technique; and Kumo Shibori, the pleat and bind technique.

Starting at 1 the prize wheel will also be spinning for all who come to the store anD for those who do the demo they will have a Canson Ballot giveaway. Free but an RSVP is required.
