Event Details

Showmanship is a curated holiday menswear shopping experience featuring 15-20 vendors from all over the country selling American manufactured goods with a focus on locally based, San Francisco companies. Find some nifty new threads, enjoy free drinks, listen to live music, drink Four Barrell Coffee, and get cheap haircuts.

Customers will have the opportunity to meet the founders, designers and artisans behind some of their favorite brands and be able to ask them questions about the products and processes behind them.

Dates and hours:
Friday, December 10: 6 PM til 10 PM
Saturday, December 11: 11 AM til 7 PM
Sunday, December 12: 11 AM til 5 PM

Schedule of Events:

Friday

  • Opening reception Peter Ross’ “Burroughs: Objects From the Bunker,” a photo retrospective of William Burrough’s possessions.
  • Live music by The Common’s house band
  • Free drinks – spirits sponsored by Art In The Age’s ROOT
  • Special preview of items that will be offered Saturday and Sunday.
  • Pizza will be available for purchase by locally renowned food cart The Pizza Hacker (thepizzahacker.com/).

Saturday and Sunday

  • At least one founder from each of the 15-20 menswear vendors will be on hand to answer questions
  • Live music by The Common’s house band
  • Free drinks – spirits sponsored by Art In The Age’s ROOT

Rudy’s Barbershop, a well known men’s salon in LA and Seattle will be offering haircuts by appointment with their first ever appearance in San Francisco. Schedule an appointment here.
