Event Details

On Saturday, May 28, The Yerba Buena Center for the Arts presents its first Smart Night Out, which will explore the SOAR Big Idea through the concept of quiet in visual art and performance. The latest iteration of the Big Idea Nights, Smart Night Out offers audiences the chance to slow down and focus equally on the art and the party.

In addition to opportunities to interact with Zaccho Dance Theatre’s Joanna Haigood and the artists of the Daily Lives exhibition, attendees can enjoy a silent dance party, culinary delights, and the critically-acclaimed Song Dong: Dad and Mom, Don’t Worry About Us, We Are All Well, featuring Waste Not. Later in the evening, San Francisco’s favorite afternoon DJs Hard French will show off their special brand of soul wizardry in the YBCA Grand Lobby.
