Event Details

Enjoy tropical drink specials and a screening of Impresa, a short, silent film on East African entrepreneurs in SF, at Trad’r Sam tiki lounge in the Richmond District on July 15, 2013.

Free, but an RSVP is encouraged.

The director and cast will be in attendance and there will be drinking games, as well as drink specials, a Q&A, and potentially a group hug.

Impresa‘s musical score is composed of 1960s-70s Eritrean and Ethiopian funk. There are local business cameos, including Eire Trea food truck, Meklit Hadero, and Radio Africa+ Kitchen.

Please note, Trad’r Sam is cash only, but don’t worry, the drinks are cheap.
