Skylawn Funeral Home in San Mateo invites families to fly a kite in memory of loved ones on Skylawn’s vast and breezy grounds on Wednesday, Jan. 1 beginning at 11 am.

As your kite soars up to the heavens, you’ll begin the new year with a beautiful way to remember and honor those who have passed. Complimentary kites, hot chocolate and pastries will be available.
