Socially Distanced Outdoor Yoga & Meditation on Magnolia Terrace

Awaken and align your body and mind through breath, movement and meditation. Dropping with gravity, we will begin our practice by connecting deeply to the Earth. A gradual warm-up will prepare us for more dynamic yoga postures by slowly turning awareness inwardly and connecting to our inner strength. We will wrap up the class with a guided meditation before our final rest in savasana. We will be breathing in fresh air and taking in the sights and the natural sounds of the garden throughout the class.

VENUE AND LOGISTICS:
> Although Magnolia Terrace is very spacious and it could accommodate more people physically distanced 6ft apart, these classes will still be limited to eight participants.
> Please skip class if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed.
> Please bring and wear a mask. It is up to you to continue wearing it or not once we settle on our mats which will be distanced at least 6ft apart.
> Plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
> Access to outdoor garden only. There is no inside mansion, or bathroom access.
> No hands-on adjustments will be provided by the instructor.
> No props will be provided.
> Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, blanket, water. Optional: yoga strap, sun hat, sun glasses.

All Levels. Maximum 8 participants.
