Stanford Summer Jazz Series: Times 4

Local music fans are gearing up for warm weather and smooth sounds with the arrival of Stanford Shopping Center’s Summer Jazz Series. Performing in the 25th year of the popular, free jazz series are artists such as Lavay Smith and Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers, Times 4 and Le Jazz Hot Quartet.

The ten-week concert series is hosted by Stanford Shopping Center and produced by SFJAZZ, a leading non-profit jazz organization on the West Coast .

Times 4 – July 21

San Francisco-based jazz-funk-soul quartet Times 4 presents a dynamic program of contemporary jazz and urban grooves. Drawing on a wide range of influences including jazz, soul, Latin, funk, hip-hop and rock, Times 4 weaves a musical tapestry that expresses their diverse roots in the San Francisco Bay Area.
