Fort Point served a vital role in protecting San Francisco Bat during the Civil War. See the fort come alive with military and civilian reenactors who will show what life was like there during the 1860s. Meet General Grant, who will be making a special appearance. Tours, exhibits, and music of the period will happen all during the day. Students of the Civil War are especially welcome.
